Deadly Genesis!

Here's a batch of X-Men cards I did over the past few days from the Claremont/Cockrum/Byrne era. There are nine cards and ten characters.

Sorry for the delay in updates, I've been working on a couple things but had some spare time while my ink was drying to work on this card! I should hopefully have the next update later today or tomorrow with a bigger post!

The Commish!

¡Los Switcheroos!

 Here are a couple pieces I did about a year or so ago, inking over my usual inker Jason's pencils. One of them was for the heck of it, the other was a pin-up for Wonderdog. Enjoy!

Ladies' Night

Hey gang, sorry it's been a while since the last update, but hopefully I'll get a bit more on track with the new stuff. Here's a sketch card comission I did of some of the ladies of DC (Supergirl, Batgirl, Wonder Woman and Black Canary). I made it in one long strip and will cut it into the four smaller cards when I go to ship them out (as seen on the image on the right). Enjoy!

Comic Con '09 Sketch Cards

Though we didn't get to have a booth to sign copies of Wonderdog or table in Artist Alley as we'd hoped, Jason and I got to take over Josh Howard's booth on Sunday at Comic Con for a while for some sketch cards (till we decided to blow the rest of our money in the final moments of the con). Jason helped ink Spider-Man and Galactus, and I did the rest of the cards by my lonesome. Enjoy!

 

Wonderdog... The Origin!

Hey everybody! Thanks for checking out my site, it went live yesterday and I got bunches of hits, which is great! Of course that means that I have to work harder to fill it with a bunch of new content... Here's the first 10 pages of Wonderdog, Inc., a book I did with Scott Zirkel making words (with whom I shared lettering chores), Jason Worthington on inks, and Tracy Bailey on colors. I figured I'd post the pencils I did with the finished work after it went through the hands of the talented team of artists I worked with to make my pencils look good. Enjoy! 

 

Cover Me!

Here's another Spellbinder post, the cover used for the preview book sold at Comic Con this year. I'm going to dig up my other covers from Henchman for Hire and start posting stuff from the book that bridged the gap between Henchman and Spellbinder, Wonderdog, Inc.
